Rainfall* over the past 7 days Around 5.5 inches. Over the past 30 days has been around 8.5 inches.     

Established lawns:  Do not need watering.  

Recently sodded lawns (within the last 4 weeks): Resume your watering schedule on 7/19.  Provide extra moisture on hot sunny days.  Monitor for brown spots and provide them with extra moisture.   

Established perennial beds: Do not need watering.

Recently installed perennial beds (within last 12 weeks): Resume your watering schedule on 7/20.

Established trees & shrubs: Do not need watering.    

Recently installed trees & shrubs (within last 12 weeks): Leverage recent rains and provide a deep watering over the 7/20 weekend. 

Established rain gardens: Do not need watering. 

Recently installed rain gardens (within the last 8 weeks):  Resume watering when the garden soil is dry near the surface.
