We usually do not charge fees for assessments or requests when it is clear that you want to work with Dig Right In and are definitely wanting to get some work done within a defined timeframe.
Consultation or design fees may sometimes apply to certain open-ended requests lacking clear direction, complex issues requiring extensive problem-solving, or if you communicate or we otherwise determine that you are “on the fence”, just exploring options, or are unsure of when you may be able to move forward with any proposals we put together for you.
